What is the methodology about?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a methodology that teaches how to explore and manage real-time problems and challenges. It also drives innovation and high business performance.
It is designed to enhance problem-solving in group settings, utilizing visual, auditory, and kinesthetic skills among participants. Furthermore, it gives voice to each participant, regardless of their position within the organization.
Through the materials and methodology of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, relationships and connections among people and their environment can be explored, both internal and external dynamics analyzed, various hypothetical scenarios proposed, and awareness of existing possibilities expanded.

What can the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Certification and Training Program offer me?
The program consists of four days of intensive face-to-face instruction and will provide you with a unique learning experience through a creative “live strategy” process, based on scientific research and studies in management, business strategy, organizational development, psychology, and learning.
It is worth noting that it is accredited by the Association of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Master Trainers.
