I blend a powerful mix of technical-academic and playful-artistic worlds. With 30 years of experience as an international speaker and 11 years in senior executive roles within Colombia’s financial sector, I bring a wealth of expertise to my presentations, seminars, and workshops.
My background in theater, clowning, theatrical improvisation, and oral storytelling has equipped me with powerful tools to make my sessions inspiring, challenging, and distinct.
I’m also an expert in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, a powerful methodology for organizational development by playing through play. My approach focuses on merging high-value content with emotional tools to inspire action.
I’m intentionally provocative and a creator of new paradigms. Since 2008, I’ve pioneered EDUPLAYMENT in Colombia, blending education and entertainment. Additionally, I’m the innovator behind Stand Up Management®, Eduplayment®, and INPOWER®, three groundbreaking formats implemented through Juego y Estrategia, a company I founded in 2010.

Education
I hold a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in business administration, and a Master of Business Administration from INALDE Business School.
I am the first and only Colombian trainer among the 19 trainers worldwide, and a member of the Association of Master Trainers LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. This methodology, developed by LEGO®, focuses on serious play within organizations to develop real-time strategies.
I am also a coach and practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), trained by Anthony Robbins, the world’s number one coach. I have pioneered the concept of “Wealth in 4D®”, inspiring thousands of individuals. Additionally, I am the author of the book “How to Achieve What Everyone Said You Never Could?”
Passionate Triathlete
I am a marathoner (42 km) X3: San Francisco, Rio de Janeiro, and New York.
Since 2019, I have also been involved in triathlons and have completed multiple Sprint, Standard, and IRONMAN 70.3 competitions.
In 2020, I was part of the Colombian Triathlon Team set to compete in the world championship, which unfortunately was canceled due to the pandemic. In 2023, I successfully requalified for the Colombian team and will participate in the Standard Distance Triathlon World Championship in Malaga, Spain, in October 2024.
